Clear rules for earning with Evolve.

1. Joining and eligibility

The program is open worldwide to people age 18 or older where participation is lawful. After verifying your email, you may begin using your affiliate links immediately. You must provide accurate account and payout information, use the program lawfully, and keep your account secure. Evolve may suspend or close an affiliate account when needed to protect customers, merchants, or the program.

2. Required affiliate disclosure

Clearly disclose your financial relationship with Evolve wherever you share an affiliate endorsement or link. The disclosure must be easy to notice, understand, and placed with the endorsement. Do not hide it on a profile page or behind “more.”

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Platform disclosure tools may be used in addition to this statement, but not as a substitute when the relationship would otherwise be unclear.

3. Approved promotion

• Use honest demonstrations, reviews, comparisons, social posts, email, blog, and video content.
• Use approved product facts, prices, guarantees, and creative assets.
• Follow the rules of every advertising, email, search, and social platform you use.
• Do not make medical, income, performance, scarcity, or customer-result claims that Evolve has not approved.

4. Prohibited activity

• No self-referrals, fabricated orders, cookie stuffing, spam, misleading redirects, forced clicks, or attribution interference.
• No fabricated testimonials, fake reviews, deceptive claims, brand impersonation, or domains and accounts likely to be confused with an official brand property.
• No trademark bidding, coupon bidding, unauthorized discounts, or paid ads that direct-link to an offer unless Evolve has approved them.
• No promotion to audiences or in jurisdictions where the product or claim would be unlawful.

5. Tracking and attribution

Commission is based on Evolve’s recorded tracking and verified merchant payment events. A click alone does not create commission. Orders that cannot be reliably attributed, duplicate events, self-purchases, canceled orders, and fraudulent or manipulated activity are not eligible.

6. Commission, levels, and clearing

Commission is locked at the rate shown for your level when the eligible sale is recorded. Digital offers begin at 70% for Rookie and Hustler, rise to 75% at Promoter, 77% at Marketer, and 80% at Scaler. OralVita is unavailable until Promoter and pays 45% at Promoter, 46% at Marketer, and 47% at Scaler. Only cleared direct-sale commission advances levels; referral rewards do not.

Digital-offer commission may clear after payment is verified. Physical-offer commission remains pending through the offer’s stated refund window. Refunds, returns, disputes, chargebacks, cancellations, and invalid orders may be rejected or deducted before or after a payout.

7. Manual payout schedule

Each affiliate’s payment window begins when they submit a payout request. Evolve sends approved payouts within that 14- or 7-day window; arrival depends on the payment provider. Once the payout is marked paid, the affiliate can request again without an additional waiting period, subject to the minimum and account requirements. Only cleared, unreserved commission is available. An open or held request blocks a second request until it is paid or rejected. Review holds may delay payment.

8. Minimums and methods

The first payout requires at least $100 in available commission. After the first completed payout, the minimum is $50. Balances below the applicable minimum remain safely recorded and roll forward.

Current manual methods are PayPal, Wise, and U.S. bank payout through Melio. Bank payout through Melio is currently limited to U.S. affiliates. After Evolve approves a bank payout, Melio emails the affiliate a secure link to choose and verify the receiving bank account. Evolve does not collect bank routing or account numbers. Each PayPal or Wise payout email can be linked to only one affiliate account. Availability may vary by country or provider. Affiliates are responsible for provider, receiving, conversion, and intermediary-bank fees.

9. Tax documents and payout review

US affiliates must provide a completed Form W-9 through TaxBandits. Evolve records receipt of the form, and every payout requires manual administrator approval. Non-US affiliates may be asked for the appropriate tax documentation. Do not send taxpayer identification numbers or bank-account credentials through ordinary email or enter them into an unapproved field. Evolve may require identity, tax, address, or payout-account verification before releasing funds.

10. Manual review and holds

Every payout request is reviewed for attribution, refunds, disputes, tax readiness, account consistency, and unusual or fraudulent activity. Evolve may compare verified emails, legal names, processor identifiers, payout destinations, and privacy-safe signup signals to detect duplicate accounts and self-referrals. Evolve may place a request on hold while it investigates, ask for supporting information, reject invalid commission, or recover an overpayment from a future balance. A hold is not a forfeiture of valid commission.

11. Affiliate referral rewards

An affiliate may invite another affiliate through the personal referral link shown in the workspace. The referrer receives 2.5% of the referred affiliate’s eligible cleared commission for the lifetime of the valid referral relationship. The reward is calculated from the commission the referred affiliate earns, not from the customer sale. For example, $80 in cleared commission creates a $2 referral reward.

This is a single-tier program. Signup alone earns no reward, referral rewards do not generate another referral reward, and referral earnings do not advance levels. The source sale must be valid and cleared. Self-referrals, circular referrals, duplicate identities, shared payout destinations, shared devices used to manipulate attribution, and other coordinated or fraudulent activity may be held, rejected, reversed, or reviewed. A referral cannot be moved between referrers after account creation except to correct a documented system error.

12. Suspension and termination

Serious or repeated violations may lead to removal of links, withheld invalid commission, suspension, or termination. Valid cleared commission remains subject to final review, minimums, tax documentation, and the applicable payout schedule.

13. Privacy, security, updates, and support

Evolve uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect account creation and recovery from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes the security signals described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum; it does not receive the information entered into the signup form. Read the Affiliate Privacy Notice for details about referral attribution and fraud-prevention data.

Evolve may update this policy as the program, offers, laws, or payout operations change. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a faster change is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Email contact@evolveaffiliates.app with policy, account, or payout questions.

14. Discord connection bonus

Earn a one-time $10 bonus after successfully connecting your Discord account and verifying access to the Evolve server. Each Evolve account can pair with only one Discord account, and each Discord account can pair with only one Evolve account. Disconnecting and reconnecting does not create another bonus.

The earned bonus is included in your account balance and added to your next eligible payout request after you meet the normal minimum, verification, and review requirements through eligible commission. Payout amounts are fixed when requested. A bonus earned afterward stays in your balance for a later eligible request. It cannot be withdrawn on its own and does not help you reach the payout minimum. Discord bonuses do not advance levels or generate affiliate referral rewards.
