This notice covers information used specifically to operate the Evolve Affiliate Program.
Effective September 1, 20261. Account and program information
We use your name, affiliate display name, email, country, account preferences, level, tracking links, clicks, attributed sales, commission, payout requests, and support messages to provide and administer the program.
2. Referral attribution
When someone joins through an affiliate referral link, we store the referrer, the referred account, the attribution date, the lifetime referral status, and related reward entries. We do not expose either person’s private email, legal name, tax information, or payout destination to the other.
Offer email signups
For participating product offers, Evolve records the signup email, referring link, offer, campaign, signup date and the sharing notice shown at signup. An affiliate can see and copy only signups attributed to them under the offer’s stated email-sharing notice. Signup alone does not earn a commission. Unsubscribing hides the email from future contact lists; affiliates must also remove it from any copies they keep. This is separate from private account recruitment referrals.
3. Fraud prevention
To protect customers and affiliates, we may compare normalized or privacy-safe versions of email addresses, legal names, payment identifiers supplied by merchants, payout destinations, network signals, and device signals. These checks help detect self-referrals, duplicate accounts, shared payout accounts, circular referrals, and manipulated activity. Signals may cause a commission, referral, or payout to be held for manual review; they do not automatically forfeit valid earnings.
4. Payout and tax providers
PayPal, Wise, Melio, and tax-form providers process information under their own notices when you use those services. Evolve does not ask you to enter bank routing numbers, bank account numbers, or taxpayer identification numbers into the affiliate workspace.
5. Level and reward messages
We use your account and commission history to send level-up messages and to notify Evolve operations when a milestone is reached. If you qualify for a physical reward, we ask you to reply with your name, size, and shipping address. That information is used to coordinate the reward and support related records; it is not shown publicly.
6. Retention, access, and questions
We retain program and financial records as reasonably needed for payouts, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and program administration. You may ask questions or request access or correction by emailing contact@evolveaffiliates.app. Some transaction and compliance records must be retained even after an account closes.
